River on Record answers it — with the data the government already collects, repackaged into a public weekly scoreboard nobody can ignore.

Vantalyne Labs is a youth-led ecosystem of builders. It never takes equity from founder-brought ventures, and support never costs ownership — once something is built here, it carries that history permanently. River on Record is one of those ventures: conceived, built, and published under the Vantalyne Labs name.

Foam forecast — like weather, for the river
Concept demoFoam forms when three publicly-reported conditions align: high BOD, high surfactant load and turbulence at the barrages. The same government data we score — DPCC monitors, DJB flow records, seasonal patterns — can forecast where foam will appear, before devotees step into it.

The honesty layer
YamunaChain — public data, tamper-evident
Every weekly bulletin gets a SHA-256 fingerprint, chained to the previous one. Anyone can verify, in seconds, that a score was never edited after publication. The chain runs on a free public ledger — no server, no cost, no trust required.

…Why it kills the denial
- — The scoreboard republishes DPCC's own numbers, hash-linked to its source table.
- — When an agency publishes, we publish the record of it — immutable.
- — Politicians, DJB, DPCC and NGOs can argue about policy; they cannot argue about the receipt.
- — Verification is one line of code: hash the bulletin, compare with the chain.

Every chart below is drawn from published government data — DPCC monthly reports (May 2026), Delhi Department of Environment annual averages, DJB and CPCB. We added nothing; we simply refused to let it stay unread.
The 22-km death certificate
